This superb three bedroom apartment is located in the village of Wetheral and boasts views over the Eden Valley. Charming and well presented, this cosy retreat is perfect for families or friends. On the first floor you will arrive at a classic kitchen, home to a dining table whether you can gather everyone for an evening meal.
A cloakroom and utility are also available for your convenience. For a relaxing night in, the sitting room with leather sofas and TV is overlooked by exposed beams creating an all round warm ambience. On the first floor you will also find a master double bedroom. Wander up to the second floor where you will be greeted by the inviting double bedroom, and twin bedroom.
Three of the bedrooms have either an en-suite bath or shower. Geltsdale is in a tranquil setting surrounded by several acres of garden and makes a heart warming stay with views over the grounds and River Eden to the Castle Carrock Fells. The village of Wetheral lies a couple of miles from Carlisle in the North of Cumbria. With great transport links, Wetheral has a quaint village green and is overlooked by a restaurant, pub, village shop and tearooms, along with the Crown Hotel. A short steep walk takes you past the church and remains of the abbey to the River Eden. Carlisle is worth a visit with its museum, historic tours, and range of entertainment.
