This cosy retreat is dressed in a light décor with plenty of homely touches, making it a welcoming base for families or couples looking to explore the Lake District. The kitchen is well-equipped to ensure the simple preparation of delicious meals which can be enjoyed at the dining table, perhaps accompanied with a well-deserved glass of wine.

Snuggle up in the sitting area with the woodburning stove roaring away, enjoying a family movie amidst your loved ones. Once the evening draws to a close, retire to the ground floor and find two bedrooms, including a king-size double with zip/link flexibility and a twin, which are both beautifully presented.

Completing the interior of Grassholme is the elegant bathroom with bath and shower over, giving you the choice how you wish to prepare for the day. Outside is a fabulous natural slate patio area which provides unbeatable views over Lake Windermere, making it the perfect spot to enjoy an evening drink or alfresco meal.
