The Hideaway's two fabulous bedrooms can be found at the rear; they are pleasantly decorated for you to feel right at home during your stay and the master bedroom benefits from a convenient en-suite cloakroom. The interior is topped off with an immaculate tiled shower room. To the outside, there is an extensive decking area with plenty of seating for everybody to enjoy a refreshing drink whilst appreciating the fresh country air.
Cockermouth is a lovely base for your holiday; it boasts a wide range of amenities to make the most of. From here you can access the magnificent Lake District National Park, brimming with scenery and some wonderful towns and villages to visit. The market town of Cockermouth is near Lake District National Park, 13 miles from Keswick. The town was the birthplace of William Wordsworth and his family home is a popular attraction, owned by the National Trust. Cockermouth offers shops, pubs and places to eat, but the main attraction is the scenery and walking at the northern lakes, Bassenthwaite Lake, Ennerdale Water and Derwent Water.
