Within easy reach of the north-western edges of the Lake District, this fantastic cottage is a perfect base for keen walkers, cyclists and nature lovers discovering the tranquil countryside of a magical part of Cumbria.

Entering this light, relaxing property, the cosy lounge is a lovely space for everyone to settle back in front of the wood burner and watch a movie on the Smart TV. At the heart of the house is the fresh and airy open-plan kitchen/diner. Featuring an additional lounge area with plenty of seating and a Smart TV, the kitchen has a wide variety of equipment and a sociable dining table, making it a fantastic space to rustle up and enjoy your favourite dishes.

The ground floor also features a useful shower room and a games room with a Smart TV, bean bags, pool table, Nintendo Switch and a wide choice of games and toys. Going upstairs, the first-floor landing has a large picture window which looks down into the kitchen and allows light to flood in. The first floor offers a refreshing family bathroom, and you will have a choice between four individually styled bedrooms: there's the king-size Highland Cow room, the super-king-size Hare room, and the twin Sheep room which has a lockable interconnecting door with the delightful king-size Bird room.

Bi-fold doors lead from the kitchen and out into the private enclosed garden which features a lovely courtyard with outdoor furniture, a fantastic space to enjoy a morning coffee or a glass or two of wine in the evening. Luxuriate in the private hot tub beneath the pergola and enjoy a spot of stargazing.
